It’s official! Cloudberry is one of the best gift retailers in the UK, and has been selected as a finalist in The Greats Gift Retailer Awards 2016 as Independent Gift Retailer of the Year – Scotland.

The Greats Awards, now in their 14th year, were launched by Progressive Gifts & Home magazine to recognise and reward the UK’s very best gift retailers across the retail spectrum. The Awards recognise and celebrate not only the top independent and multiple gift retailers regionally and nationally, but also outstanding retail employees.

“These dedicated awards for gift retailers have risen immeasurably in status over the years and are now universally acknowledged as being true accolades of excellence,” commented Sue Marks, editor of Progressive Gifts & Home. “Being selected as a finalist is a fantastic achievement. There was a huge number of entries this year and of an incredibly high standard.”

Julie Pearson, Owner/Manger at Cloudberry said: “To be recognised and celebrated as one of the top independent retailers in the country is a phenomenal feeling. I’d like to thank our customers, our team and the people behind the products that we stock for their support over the past six years.”

All Greats finalists were decided as a result of an industry wide poll of gift suppliers, reps and agents and validation by a panel of experts.

The winners of this year’s prestigious gift retailing Awards  – The Greats 2016 – will be revealed at an Awards lunch at The Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London, on Thursday May 5.

The Awards recognise and celebrate not only the top independent and multiple gift retailers regionally and nationally, but also outstanding retail employees.
