Shipping & Delivery
If your item is in stock we will do our best to send out your order within 1 to 2 days (subject to stock availability). In busy times it may take us a little longer. Depending how much it weighs, your order will be shipped by Royal Mail second class standard parcel, or by Special Delivery, in which case a signature wil be required whn you receive the parcel.

Please provide us with an address where parcels can be received, as once orders have been returned due to not being collected, a re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be incurred.
Returns & Replacements
For Unwanted Products:
We offer a 14 day no quibble guarantee so you can send any item you are not completely happy with back to us unused, along with any original tags attached, and in a resaleable condition. We will refund you the price you paid for that item (excluding P&P).We will make the refund to the debit/credit card used to pay for the goods within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been retuned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
For Faulty Products:
We try our best here at Cloudberry to ensure that products we send arrive in good condition. However, if the product you ordered arrives damaged or fauly, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide you with a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt.
Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods:
No refund can be given if the goods are returned more than 14 days after the invoice date, unless a fault is found with the product(s). We regrest we cannot give refunds for postage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves, and so for your own protection, we recommend returning the items using an insured method, such as recorded delivery, that will need to be signed for by us, for expensive items. On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.

For reasons of hygiene earrings cannot be returned for any reason unless proven faulty when purchased.
Choosing your products
Making a purchase could not be easier! Simply browse through the website catalogue at your lesuire, or if you are searching for something in particular, try entering a word or two into the search box in the top-left of every page.
When you see something you want to buy, click on the “Add to basket” button. You will then be taken to your Shopping Basket, which will be updated with new products as you add them. Click on “Continue Shopping” to continue browsing the site. When you have added all your choices to the basket click on the “Checkout Now” button on the Shopping Basket page. You will then proceed to the Checkout pages.
The Checkout process lets you confirm the order and pay for the items. Payment by debit or credit card is accepted via secure on-line servers, provided by RBS Worldpay. You do not have to open an account with Worldpay to pay for your order. When you have completed shopping simply select the option to pay via Worldpay. This will take you directly to the Worldpay site, where the details of your shopping total will be seen. Choose the card you wish to pay with, and enter the card details. Note the secure padlock in the top left and bottom right of the browser at this point. Your card details are safe!
To view your order history, log into the site using the link in the top-left of the page, and click on My Account, View Order History. Current orders will show their status, and a list of all historical orders will be shown. You can view invoices and shipment notes for all orders.
Updating Account Information
To make the Checkout process quicker for future purchases, you are given the option of creating an account with the Cloudberry website, which allows you to save address and contact information, as well as saving your order history and basket for later viewing.
To update your account information, log-in to the site and go to My Account. Here you can change your registered email address and contact details. There are also sections to amend or add shipping or billing addresses should you wish.
